Abstract

El doble píloro constituye un hallazgo endoscópico, más frecuente en pacientes que han padecido enfermedad ulcerosa péptica. Es una comunicación anormal entre el antro gástrico y el bulbo duodenal, que puede llegar a necesitar tratamiento quirúrgico. Se reportan 2 pacientes a los que se les diagnosticó esta anomalía.
