The objective of this work is to show a methodology for the evaluation of impact of the overcoming in the Technical and Professional Education in the Cuban context. It was carried out a bibliographical revision that allowed to systematize the theoretical basics of the methodology, as well as to determine the structure and relationships that conform the proposal. Three dimensions were determined with indicators that facilitate to verify the grade of influence of the overcoming designed in the professional acting of the educational ones, in the address of the teaching learning process, as well as the transformations take place in the educational institution and in the community.
