Abstract

The present work is aimed at creating in the Municipal University Center of San Luis, province of Santiago de Cuba, a theoretical-methodological document that may, in a didactic way, guide those teachers, tutors, or specialists of the House of Culture that is devoted to the activity of orientation and control of the art instructors that are being trained, who are working in the different cultural centers of the community, all of it in order to improve their performance with the students and the family. The results obtained once this document was put into practice have been very effective, since it constitutes a working tool, which has allowed us to conclude that its effectiveness depends on the motivation and preparation of those who work in higher education.
