Abstract

This paper was aimed at suggesting a model of management by process at today’s universities, and showing how its structure and functioning help their principals fulfill their missions efficiently and effectively, and also how it influences teaching-learning process in the interests of students. For this, university management system’s requirements and input, and output and outcome reflected in graduates’ abilities are taken into consideration.
