Abstract

This paper examines an internship intended for civil engineering students to gain relevant skills and experience in construction project management. It is focused on major aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. Internships are offered not only to civil engineering students, but almost all student engineers, with them playing a very important role in teaching-learning process and professional training. Planning, organization, management, and control are the four core stages of construction projects.
