In this work some applications of different branches of physics and other disciplines are analyzed in the preparation for the national defense of the university students who study those subjects in their curricula. Although it has special significance in the case of the Bachelor's degree in Physics, through university extension these applications can be useful for students of other higher education specialties. The article responds to the curricular strategy of Physics in support of the National Defense of the Universidad Central de Las Villas, with scope for all the centers of higher education in the country.
