Abstract

A general analysis is carried out on the increase of university graduates in the different careers and the real need to find employment according to the studies carried out, in order to achieve a stable labor positioning, recognized and valued by society and the human being. The necessary relationship between employability and the existing and contrasting reality of the People's Republic of China is then perceived.
