TRIANA VELAZQUEZ, Yury; DIAZ PEREZ, Maidelyn; FERRO DIAZ, Jorge and GARCIA RODRIGUEZ, Isabel. Knowledge Management Procedure for a Science, Technology and Innovation Entity. Rev. Cubana Edu. Superior [online]. 2021, vol.40, n.1 Epub Apr 01, 2021. ISSN 0257-4314.
There are different approaches and schools of thought that support the operation of knowledge management. Currently there are different operational dimensions in its management. However, it is not common to find operational designs of knowledge management (KM) oriented specifically to science, technology, innovation and environmental activities. This study aims to apply a KM procedure in a science and technological innovation entity for the optimization of the management and measurement of its scientific results, according to the growth of its knowledge. Methods of theoretical and empirical level were applied. Among its results, a procedure was implemented that allowed the entity to make broad and different analyses based on the information and levels of knowledge identified, which favors decision-making in science, technology and innovation activities that enhance the connectivity of science.
