Abstract

Currently, universities have a great challenge around the achievement of the formation of their students. It is of great importance that during the teaching-learning process university students exchange criteria, evaluations and judgments, based on experiences for their growth as professionals and human beings. In this process the psychological category «affectivity» is appreciated, which constitutes a motivating agent of learning. The objective of the present work is to reflect on this category in the teaching-learning process of the English language in the university context.
