The formation of professional competitions for the graduate in Accounting and Finances is a vital task in the preparation of the future graduates. Based on knowledge, abilities, dexterities and professional performances this work has as its main objective to propose educational software as alternative that contributes to that task. Methods such analysis synthesis, system approach, document analysis, interviews were used. In the elaboration of these competitions, programs were used such as Framework 3.5, Visual Study 2010, and its implementation was achieved in the disciplines of Accounting, Cost, Audit and Finances in the career of Degree in Accounting and Finances of the University of Matanzas.
