Abstract

CORBERA, J  and  NAPOLES, María C. JOINT EVALUATION OF INOCULATION Bradyrhizobium japonicum - AMF AND APPLICATION OF PLANT GROWTH biostimulator soy grown in spring time. cultrop [online]. 2011, vol.32, n.4, pp. 13-19. ISSN 0258-5936.

An experiment was carried out under field conditions on a Leached Red Ferralítico soil, located in the areas of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences, with the objective of evaluating the effect of the combined inoculation of Bradyrhizobium elkanii and a strain of mycorrhizal fungi, as well as of the application of a bioestimulator of the vegetable growth, on the growth and yield of cultivating of soybean INCAsoy- 24, sowed in spring time. A design of blocks at random with four repetitions for treatment, which consisted on the inoculation of these microorganisms, by means of the Pellet of Seeds Technology, in their simple forms and cocktails, as well as the application for different roads of the biostimulator of the vegetable growth to the previously signal treatments. The results showed a positive effect of the coinoculation of both biofertilizer on the growth and yield of this to cultivate of soybean, with an increment of the yield of 43,06 %, what demonstrates the sinergical and beneficial effects of the combined application Bradyrhizobium elkanii - arbuscular micorrhizae in this cultivation. The increments were lightly superior with the application to this treatment of the stimulative one of the vegetable growth, mainly with the recovering the seeds or the application to foliate of the product, the values of the increment oscillated between 50,69 % and 55,56 % respectively. The treatments where the biostimulant was applied they produced superior yields to its controls where the product was not applied, being obtained increments in the production between 1,45 % and 25,00 % according to the evaluated treatment, being demonstrated effectiveness of the same one in the stimulation of the vegetable growth.

Keywords : Soybean; Bradyrhizobium elkanii; mycorrhizal fungi; biostimulant.
