A review is made on the defect present in the phagocytes’ function that cause immunity disorders. The clinical, molecular and immunological characteristics of each phagocytic disorder, as well as the laboratory methods used for their diagnosis are exposed. Reference is made to the effective therapeutic treatments that erradicate or alliviate the clinical manifestations of every studied defect of phagocytosis
