Abstract

Nursing care supporting in researches results has been and are one the first fundamental premises of this profession. From 1953, the existence of an intrinsic ethical code becomes Nursing one of the professions more protective of the subject in its actions. A bibliographic and commentary review was conducted to demonstrate above posed. We verified the fact that independently of the reason related to professional link with the care objects, investigative or healthcare, the fulfillment of nursing ethical code guarantee by itself the charity, autonomy and justice proclaiming the ethical principles and at the same time that these professionals not violate it during its scientific-technical development.
