Abstract

A brief analysis that justifies the improvement of the present professional development model is presented. The previous accrued experience of the National Health Care System are considered and a methodological proposal made up of various phases is presented, with the objective of continuing the development of such model. The proposal has been prepared on the basis of experience applied by this institution in which a number of instruments built and applied throughout the last years has been used. There is an adjustment of the used instruments.
