Abstract

With the objective of delving into the novel character and the qualitatively higher possibilities of the use of learning resources in Human Morphological Physiology discipline, compared with the traditional learning tools in biomedical sciences, a review of the basic biomedical sciences curricula developed in Cuba in the last 30 years and of the present syllabus of the Comprehensive Community Medicine career in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela was made. Besides, a literature review on the topic was made. Common basic aspects of theoretical substantiation of the use of learning resources were identified together with other aspects that show higher relevance and impact possibilities for student learning in Human Morphological Physiology discipline.
