Abstract

AROCHA MARINO, Carmen et al. Management Course for the International Diploma Course on Health promotion. Educ Med Super [online]. 2013, vol.27, n.3, pp. 238-246. ISSN 0864-2141.

Objective: to design a virtual course on management for the International Diploma Course on Health promotion. Methods: general theoretical and qualitative techniques. Results: the program was integrated by 3 topics that corresponded to a similar quantity of objectives. Evaluation was constituted by 3 tasks as formative evaluation and a final work as certification. Conclusions: the process of data collection carried out previously to the course design was a key element for writing the objectives and selecting the contents what, according to experts' criteria, corresponds with the aim of the Diploma Course. They expressed the opinion that the program has a logical order and paves the way for the elaboration of an educative program with which the Diploma Course finishes; also it has the necessary elements not only in its structure but also in its contents and bibliography for its implementation in a virtual environment.
