A revision was made on surgical area in 94 eyes underwent to primary trabeculectomy, regardless type of glaucoma and with evolution period of 3 years or more, after surgery. Authors study presence and morphology of filtering bulla with regard to seze, shape, and constitution as well as features of surgical area by gonioscopy study, determining presence of subscleral filtration cleavage, foreign tissue at this level, iridectomy permeability, and existence of previous synechias. We concludet that evolution time influenced in size of filtration bulla, while, while shape remained the same, with predominance of flattened ones. Findings at level of scleral bed weren´t determinat in existence of filtering bulla.
