A patient with lymphocytic stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and base Retinitis Pigmentosa diagnosed at the National Reference Center of Retinitis Pigmentosa is presented. The patient, who showed ophthalmological manifestations of this neoplasia was also referred to the National Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology. These uncommon injuries are illustrated with images.
