Abstract

Providing quality and effective care to the whole population is one of the fundamental premises of the national healthcare system nowadays, so various actions and measures have been drawn up to attain this goal. The nursing professionals have not lagged behind others in the fulfillment of this task and have worked hard to improve the quality of care and to raise the level of satisfaction of patients pursuant to the ethical and bioethical principles of their profession. A literature review was made on the topics of ethical and bioethical principles of nursing, and the quality of care in a number of articles and textbooks. Today's professionals should be instilled into the need of giving humanitarian care with quality. This is the reason why this paper intends to expand knowledge related to the ethics and the quality of the nursing care.
