A general view about the role of bioethical aspects in the growing complexity and perfection of new methods for the sanitary management, is presented, in correspondence with the enourmous acceleration of the economic and scientific technical development of the current world, because at present, the introduction of an efficiency culture in this sense, is a challenge for all the countries. In the medical practice, very often, the etnical principles of charity, non-maleficence, tell the truth to patients, autonomy and justice come into conflict, and the task of finding a solution for them is essential for medicine , and the health services administration where the social responsability is involved too.
