Abstract

Nowadays, the organizational climate is a topic of great importance for the organizations that are permanently looking for the continuous improvement of the working environment. It is considered a key factor for the development of the institutions; so the in-depth study, diagnosis and improvement of this element have a direct effect on the so-called spirit of the organization. Taking the above-mentioned into account, the present paper made a conceptual approach to the topic to show the significance of the organizational climate in the management of changes in the organizational systems. Likewise, it explained the various dimensions and categories to be borne in mind to assess it, on the basis of the values, beliefs, customs and practices of the institutions, all of which allows clarifying the causes of satisfaction and non-satisfaction at work and how they affect the organizational changes.
