Abstract

The teaching universalization is today one of the greatest challenges for the Cuban society, although the available technology to develop this task still requires more consolidation and improvement. An online content management system that facilitates and enhances the educative process in the universalization of teaching is presented in order to achieve a better use of the available technological resources, starting from the use of informatics, communication and graphic environment technologies, which are accesible so far.
