Abstract

GONZALEZ SUAREZ, Enrique. Active and transforming knowledge: some of their relationships with knowledge management. ACIMED [online]. 2011, vol.22, n.2, pp. 110-120. ISSN 1024-9435.

It is assure that human knowledge is a significant model of reality made up by the interaction of the figurative models and those based on signs. In classification of knowledge as descriptive, empirical and theoretical knowledge, some imprecisions are pointed out. Some limitations of empirical knowledge are established giving determined explanations on the need of to change to transforming active knowledge to research the essence of phenomena present in the knowledge management.
