A brief description of the evolution of knowledges on carcinoid tumours. Our patient had a carcinoid of duodenum and we stressed his symptoms, evolution and treatment. We present this case wich is particularly associated with a perforated duodenal ulcer. Literature is reviewed and our results are compared with that of other authors.
