Abstract

A 30 years old patient is presented. In 1993 she was diagnosed with neuritis, so she had paresthesia in the upper and lower limbs, muscular weakness fatigue, cephalea, myalgias and systemic arthralgias as well as polyuria, nicturia, weight losing, sleeplessness, tinitus, dizziness. In 1994 she presented decreasing of the automatic balancing of arms , Parkinsonic march and facies, tremor of rest of the fourth limbs and evident extrapiramidal stiffness. It was the first case published in Cuba, in wich the epidemic neuropathy is associated with Parkinson's disease.
