Abstract

A case of fibrous benign, operated mesothelioma is presented, and literature about this type of tumour is reviewed. It is considered a rare case, mainly in our setting because there are few published works about it. At the same time, clinical, radiographical and prognostic aspects are stressed as well as its differential diagnosis.
