Abstract

A patient of 40 years-old is presented with suprarrenal failure. The study confirmed the presence of tuberculosis in the gland. Clinical, etiological and diagnostic considerations are made, and the importence of extrapulmonary tubercolosis or the doctor in today's life is expressed.
