Abstract

An 80 years - old patient with a fibrosarcoma of the maxillary sinus is presented. Its clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics, are stressed, and also some aspects of frequency, etiology and histopathology are redesigned. The importance of early diagnostic and slow beginning of disease but with common differential diagnostics is shown.
