A female, 68 years old, white patient rhabdomyosarcoma according to the histologic diagnosis is presented. She had previous health antecedents which in a period of three months began with pain and inflamation at the lovel of the left thigh.. She needed surgical treatment. The objective of this work is update the topic with this case, histologic cally uncommon. Its importancce is shown In the fact that although occasionally rare, it presents in the elderly as low growing masses similarly to other tumor types.
