A 69 years old patient with a suprarrenal cyst diagnosed by Axial Computer Tomography, was presented. His definitive diagnosis was made in the surgical act. The pathoanatomic study showed that it was a real cyst of adrenal capsule. The importance of this work is that it is an unfrequent disease, its imaging characteristics and its differential diagnosis.
