A patient with Hodking disease, suffering for primary pulmonary lymphoma is presented; we reviewed the diverse diagnostic methods used, as well as the differential. Radiologig diagnosis is the most used. Pathoanatomic criteria of extension and chronologic necessary for confirmation are discussed. It is stressed that chemotherapy may be useful in the evolution of these patients, as we could prove in this.
