Surgical procedures were assessed as well as age, sex, irritating factors, occupation, medication, chief complaints, and most prevailed, which corresponded to working timeline, male patients prevailed, which corresponded to those that are exposed to irritation the most at their workplace. Most frequent symptoms were tear dropping, photofobia, and ardour. The objective of our paper was achieved as it showed the surgical outcome of primary recidivant pterygium. We conclude that peripheral lamellar keratoplasty, of all of surgical procedures being followed, was the one that yielded best results.
