The pain intensified so the patient came to the emergency room. Case 2 A thirty-seven-year-old male patient with a history of non-treated high blood pressure, obesity, smoking habits and high levels of triglycerides came to the emergency room with precordial pain that appeared suddenly after making an intense physical effort. The pain spread to the neck, jaw and left arm; the patient also presented perspiration, coldness and felt like dying. Case 3 A thirty-eight-year-old female patient with a history of type two diabetes mellitus and high blood pressure that after going to the consultation of the family physician and to the consultation of the internist presenting precordial pain is sent to the consultation of cardiology with the same  diagnosis for being studied.
