We present a total of 60 and 52 patients carriers of acute hemorrhoidal outbreak and fissure, respectively, seen in coloproctology service in "Orlando Pantoja Tamayo" Teaching and General Hospital of Contramaestre Municipality in Santiago de Cuba Province, using rectal ointment from Aloe vera L. (sábila). By means of simple observation, periodical evaluation, and further statistical confirmation, we proved therapeutical properties of this plant in treatment of above mentioned entities. Anti-inflammatory action of Aloe vera L. in acute hemmorrhoidal outbreak was proved, as well as the healing and solutive ones in case of anal fissure.
