A validation of two spectrophotometric methods allowing to quantify total antracen-derivatives and polysaccharides in Mannose base in 50 % Aloe cream, since in literature there isn’t official methods allowing to quantify such compounds in this cream.  It is determined that both methods fulfiled validation criteria proposed fot stability study of finished product (linearity, precision, repetibility, and intermediate pecision, accuracy, and specificity)

Keywords : Spectrophotometric methods; total antracen-derivatives; analysis; Mannose base polysaccharides; Aloe; validation.
