The evaluation of the services constitutes a valuable tool to determine if the library is corresponding the needs of the users, taking into consideration that satisfaction is the primary objective of every information center; it allows establishing a diagnostic; identifying limitations and deficiencies to determine it's conditions and define strategies to overcome them. The quality of the services should be determined from the satisfaction of users up to the works of origin internal, taking as starting point the quality of the management, technical processes and the results of the library as a service. The objective of this article is to establish a vision of the aspects to take into account for the evaluation of the library services
