A patient of 57 years old of white skin, who came to Mario Muñoz Monroy Military Teaching Hospital, Matanzas, with dyspnea for four months and dysphonia which have been exacerbated over time. This manifestation were accompanied by symptoms and increased volume of the left supraclavicular region described as a “pellet “in the area. During his admission to the Department of Internal Medicine of this hospital institution you are diagnosed through physical examination and additional tests mediastinal syndrome and left pleural effusion as atypical presentation of prostate adenocarcinoma was diagnosed. After diagnosis, the patient began to be treated for the urology department and later by Oncology.
