Abstract

Background: Dental caries is an infectious, trasmissible, and multilateral disease that in the first permanent molar constitutes the main cause for the dental lost. For its treatment some conventional techniques are used but even though constitute a health problem for the infant population. Objective: To deeper in the needed knowledge about dental caries, its characteristic and other successful techniques of the treatment. Conclusions: The first permanent molar is very susceptible to a dental caries and though a promotion, prevention and a conventional treatment is performed integral general modern somatology has not been able to establish the standards for its treatment and diagnose. Due to, other successful techniques are applied in the new world as a part of the stomatology treatments
