The analysis of the water of the south coast of the bay was carried out in the laboratory, the urban solid waste of the localities was characterized and the daily average of the volume of fishing waste was determined. The great impact of pollution on the surface waters of Luanda, caused by wastewater, solid urban waste and waste from fishing activity, was observed. The study of the composition of the present residues allowed its classification for the later treatment proposal and solution for its mitigation.
