Abstract

It is presented the case of a white, thin, female patient, aged 42 years, suffering systodiastolic arterial hypertension ranging from moderated to severe. She referred palpitations, sweating, weight lost, pulsatile headaches and sudden arterial hypertension rising alternated with hypotension. She presented extreme difficulties to control the arterial hypertension from the pharmacologic point of view. As imaging data, it was stated an image resembling a unilateral adrenal mass with histology of well-differentiated sporadic pheochromocytoma.
