The development of Postgraduate Education in Higher Education and in particular Medical Education worldwide in our country is a need in our country due to its purpose of continue training professionals graduated from it’s universities. This requires casting aside training and educating processes with a single dimension of the human being and move the postgraduate educational praxis to multilateral and comprehensive of the professional as a personality. All the above explained brings about a change of conception and actions of those in charge of managing these processes so that together and by means of collaborative and participating environments , they can promote professional growing and human development aimed for the sustainability of higher education and contextualized transference to the society with a critical creative and innovative solution to health and professional problems.
