Prepuberty periodontitis is a rare presentation way of this disease, affecting primary dentition and it is the cause of premature loss of these type of teeth. Two types of the disease are described, being the localized one the less severe. Here we present a case of a 4 years old boy with diagnose of chronic benign neutropenia and cell immunodefficiency and records of loss of upper incisors due to dental mobility. To oral examination, he presents grade IV dental mobility, moderate gingival inflammation and bleeding after minimal stimulation. Rx exploration showed advanced bone loss of lower incisors and of temporal molars. It is concluded as Localized Prepuberty Periodontitis.
