Abstract

Findings from several qualitative studies provide evidence that Spontaneous Abortion is often experienced as a traumatic life event 1. The purpose of this article is to analyze nursing care, using Roy’s adaptation model as a framework. A review of the literature related to nursing care was completed with a focus on women responses. An analisis of nursing care focused on biopsicosocial human responses is offered. Different criteria emerged related to nursing care with human and social prospective. The conclusion isfocused on human responses to Spontaneous Abortion and the implementation of Callista Roy adaptation model taking into consideration human behavoiur and the stimulus that influence in the adaptation of women to abortion condition.
