The procedure that is exposed ensures the integration of the management of educational word in the mixed center and resolves the scientific problem expressed in the inadequacies of the management of educational work in this type center confirmed through the diagnostic study for these purposes, the research process was supported by the empirical methods: observation, the survey, the interview and theorists the synthesis analysis, induction that allowed to confirm the gaps and deepen the causes associated with the fragmentation of the actions of educational work in these centers
