An innovative proposal is presented, capable of addressing the diversity arising from the heterogeneity of learning styles shown by the students who participate in virtual training programs, through research carried out between the 2017 and 2019 stages with the intention of present a way to determine learning styles from virtual environments in students of the Animal Science - Veterinary specialty of the "Manuel Simón Tames Guerra" Agricultural Polytechnic Institute. A theoretical conception consisting of dimensions, indicators and evaluative scales is exposed, which allows the characterization of learning styles in virtual environments
