Abstract

ARMAS-RODRIGUEZ, Noralbis De; RUIZ-ORTIZ, Lidia  and  VALDES-ARIAS, Yisel Caridad. Messages written in virtual moderation: suggestions for their structuring and use. Luz [online]. 2022, vol.21, n.1, pp. 51-62.  Epub Mar 15, 2022. ISSN 1814-151X.

The work aims to describe examples of written messages to contribute to interaction and communication, considered as key elements in virtual moderation. The methodology used was a qualitative one. A direct observation was made, which allowed the documentary review of articles and documents published in referenced databases. The review was based on the theoretical analysis of the criteria of the researchers’ community associated with how written messages should be structured and used, and with the models and/or virtual moderation pathway. As results, suggestions were obtained to facilitate interaction and communication in a virtual learning scenario, based on the structuring of formal written messages and the use of a model for virtual moderation, which converges with the stages of planning, intervening and closing the discussion in a virtual learning scenario.

Keywords : message; education; interaction; communication.
