Abstract

Renewable energy sources are the alternative of the future because their environmental impact is minimal compared to the current energies. The photovoltaic sector is now at the forefront of renewable energies. This work will analyze in more detail the feasibility of the location in the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas (UCLV) of a photovoltaic solar park of 1 MW; which will generate in a year, which will save the country on money, fuel, CO2 emissions to the atmosphere and the alternative for the future of photovoltaic solar energy in Cuba: the solar tracking system. Also analyzed are the losses in line, the behavior of the voltage and the transfer of power by the lines with the software RADIAL, once analyzed will propose the most feasible point for connection of the park.
