Abstract
LLANES-FONT, Mariluz; ISAAC-GODINEZ, Cira Lidia; MORENO-PINO, Mayra and GARCIA-VIDAL, Gelmar. From management by processes to the integrated administration by processes . Ing. Ind. [online]. 2014, vol.35, n.3, pp. 255-264. ISSN 1815-5936.
The objective of this work consisted in arguing the integration approach based on integrated processes to re-contextualize the management by processes to the integrated administration by processes, under the reach of the normalized integrated management systems. For attaining this goal, methods such as analysis and synthesis are applied for analyzing the concepts in the specialized bibliography consulted, the structural/functional systemic method for dealing the integrated management processes qualities and the modulation for representing the process interactions and back holes. The analysis developed by the authors allowed defining the integrated management by process; its interrelations and main differences are identified between this one and management by processes. Finally, it is concluded that the integration approach based on the integrated processes allows incorporating the unified applicable requisites, the determination of the interactions and the management of the black hole
