CASTRO-PERDOMO, Nelson Arsenio; GONZALES-SUAREZ, Erenio and GUZMAN-MARTINEZ, Fernando. Technological transfer, the integration, science, technological innovation and environment in the enterprise. Ing. Ind. [online]. 2014, vol.35, n.3, pp. 277-288. ISSN 1815-5936.
A procedure for facilitating the analysis of technology transference in enterprises was proposed from an integrated approach to science, technological innovation, and environmental management. This procedure was developed through the application of the "experts' method", taking into account the different aspects that takes part in the transference process, along with the system of criteria (indicators) that allow adjusting the values of each criterion in the groups that the system comprises, according to the interests of the organization that develops the technology transference. These criteria were created to provide a valuation of ex-before each element that was to be taken into consideration, which eased the decision making, the organization of knowledge and information management in the enterprise, reducing the risks, and the possibility of negative impacts in relation to it. The procedure contributed to the improvement of technological sustainability at this level.
