Abstract

The application of a diagnostic model will helps to build a logical structure to detect and analyze problems that delay the proper functioning of institutions. At the same time facilitates the teamwork for decision making in order to eliminate the deficiencies for their better performance. The proposed work arises from the need for a general diagnosis of the entities for the design and improvement of its processes, it displays a diagnostic model was applied in one national enterprise, based on the characterization of the current status of the entity. Also in this model was considered the use of multicrip techniques and tools belonging to the field of research for the collection of primary data such as: interviews with experts, the literature search, FODA Matrix, Pareto Chart and the Delphi method
